Ruben Rodriguez is Senior Director, External Communications at American Water . In his current position, he works with executive leadership in developing and leading the implementation of an integrated strategic communications program for American Water that is consistent with overall company strategy and positioning in the U.S. water industry and in the marketplace. He is responsible for developing and overseeing communications programs, procedures, strategies and practices to ensure functional excellence in the areas of corporate communication, investor relations, media relations, community relations, and corporate social responsibility throughout all American Water states and at the corporate level.
